Project-specific confirmation

Equipment availability, rental periods, rates, deposits if applicable, acceptable use, delivery or pickup, and return conditions are confirmed directly by HBS before a rental is committed. A public online request is not a reservation and does not create a rental agreement.

Private payment links

A private payment link applies only to the equipment, rental length, quantity, tax, and additional charges itemized on that link. Payment does not replace HBS confirmation of availability, fulfillment, acceptable use, return timing, loss, damage, or late-return responsibilities. Contact HBS before paying if any itemized detail is incorrect.

Use equipment only as directed and contact HBS promptly if equipment is damaged, stops operating, or cannot be returned as agreed.
