Equipment rental rates

Daily, weekly and four-week base rates for the HBS drying and HEPA fleet. The Injecti-Dry system, FLIR thermal camera and moisture meters are quoted for your job.

Rates are per unit, before tax. Every unit is cleaned and decontaminated after each rental, and delivery and pickup at your property are available. Your written quote itemizes the rate, tax, any deposit, filters or accessories, and any delivery charge before you agree, so there are no hidden fees, and nothing is charged online.

Optional professional moisture assessment: $250

An HBS technician visits the property and records what you need to plan the drying and support an insurance claim:

  • Thermal imaging to locate suspect wet areas behind walls, floors and ceilings, confirmed with moisture readings
  • Moisture readings and a moisture map of the affected walls, floors and ceilings
  • Hygrometer readings of room humidity
  • Photo and video documentation, with a written report you can share with your insurance company

Add daily moisture monitoring and drying logs to an assessment while the equipment runs: $75 per day.

Confirm the rental cost and setup before pickup

Ask HBS to confirm the equipment count, rental dates, extension and return terms, and pickup or delivery arrangements in your quote. For HEPA equipment, also confirm the filters and accessories required for the work. The request form does not charge you or reserve stock.

If you know the job but not the equipment name, describe the affected rooms and materials. HBS can help connect a request for drying fans or carpet dryers to air movers, or an AFD rental to the HEPA filtration options. See how rentals work for the confirmation process.

Choose equipment for drying or air filtration

Dehumidifier: plan for moisture removal and drainage

A commercial LGR dehumidifier removes water vapor from the air. Tell HBS the affected rooms and materials, whether standing water has been removed, and where the pump hose can drain. A room's floor area alone does not determine the right setup; temperature, humidity, wet materials and air movement also matter.

Air mover or drying fan: plan the airflow and power

HBS offers small air movers (1/2 HP, about 2,200 CFM) and large air movers (1 HP, 4,000+ CFM) for restoration drying. Share whether the job involves wet carpet, walls or another material, plus the available circuits. These fans move air; they do not collect the water that evaporates. Discuss dehumidification as part of the same drying plan.

Air scrubber or AFD: plan the filtration and work area

AFD means air filtration device. Compare the 500 CFM HEPA unit with the 1,000 CFM air scrubber using the room dimensions, ceiling height and work being performed. Rated airflow is not a guaranteed result with loaded filters or ducting. Confirm filters, accessories and any containment requirements with the person responsible for the work before reserving equipment.

For a combined dry-out equipment rental, send one description of the job rather than guessing a separate quantity for each machine. HBS confirms the equipment, rental period and fulfillment for your job address in Martin or St. Lucie County. For another South Florida location, ask HBS to confirm the address before planning pickup or delivery.
