Who we are

What you send us

When you send a rental request, we receive your name, phone number, email address, job address, and the message you write, plus the page you sent it from. The request is stored in our secure database and sent to the HBS team by text message and email so we can reply. We use it only to answer you and to arrange, document, and bill a rental you confirm. We do not sell it.

If you call, text, or email us, we keep those messages and call records with your request. We do not send marketing text messages from the request form.

Payments

When HBS sends a private payment link, card and PayPal account details are entered into PayPal-hosted payment fields and are not stored by this website. HBS stores the rental reference, itemized amount, payment status, and PayPal transaction identifiers needed for business records and support.

Analytics, advertising, and cookies

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads, loaded through the Google tag (gtag.js), to understand how the site is used and to measure and show our ads. These services set cookies and receive information such as the pages you view, the device and browser you use, your approximate location, and whether you called or sent a request after clicking an ad. When you send a request, the Google tag may also send Google Ads an encoded (hashed) copy of the email address or phone number you entered, which Google uses to measure ad conversions. Google may use this information for advertising, including showing our ads to people who visited the site. You can limit this with your browser's cookie settings, the Google Ads settings page, or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes connection data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site.

Reviews shown on the site

Customer reviews on the homepage are loaded from our Google Business Profile through a review display service. Loading them connects your browser to that service.

Keeping and deleting information

We keep rental requests and rental records as long as needed for the rental, our accounting, and legal obligations. To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, email office@beyondllcfl.com or call (772) 677-1735.
