How Rentals Work

1. Request

Describe the job, exact location, timing, and equipment you need. No payment is collected with the online request.

2. Confirmation

HBS contacts you to confirm availability, equipment, quantity, rental period, rate, and delivery or pickup details. If you are unsure what to request, review the equipment catalog or ask HBS to help build a setup.

3. Fulfillment

After you approve the confirmed details, HBS coordinates the equipment handoff and any requested setup or pickup.
